Audie de Castro

Adjunct Professor Audie de Castro practices in business/corporate litigation and transactional law. He has substantial experience in corporate governance, fiduciary duties of officers and directors, shareholder rights, mergers and acquisitions, securities and business contracts. He graduated cum laude from the University of San Francisco School of Law and served on its Law Review. He was featured as a Super Lawyer (Business Litigation) by Super Lawyer Magazine in 2021 and 2022. He is the Honorary Consul of the Republic of the Philippines for San Diego County. He teaches Business Associations.
