TERMS
I agree to allow the Business Office to bill my account $20.00 per semester for the use of the locker.
I understand that I must renew my locker each semester. If I do not plan to renew this locker contract, I agree to remove all personal items no later than the last day of finals for the semester. If I fail to renew this contract as outlined in this form, if I violate the terms of this contract, and/or if I fail to remove my personal items in the required time frames, the Law School has the right to enter my locker, empty its contents and reassign it to another student.
I agree to use the locker assigned to me in a responsible manner. I agree to not share my locker or locker combination with another student. I understand that it is a violation of this locker contract to store perishable food or drinks, illegal drugs or substances, weapons, ignitable substances, or any other substance or item that will create a hazard to others and/or be attractive to rodents or insects.
I understand that any damage to the locker could result in monetary fines, up to the cost of replacement ($400.00). I understand that if the Law School removes the contents of the lockers based on an expired contract or locker contract violation, that my personal items will be discarded after 10 days if they are not claimed.
TJSL reserves the right to regularly inspect lockers to meet health and safety standards.
TJSL is not responsible for lost or damaged property secured in lockers.
