PaperCLIP is an on-line business and intellectual property law journal that accepts manuscripts of any length from students, professors, and legal professionals. It specializes in shorter, timely, practice oriented pieces, but also publishes longer articles.
The journal welcomes outside submissions. Unlike most law journals, however, PaperCLIP welcomes less than polished papers and even ideas for articles. Student staff members are happy to work in conjunction with legal practitioners to take an embryonic idea and turn it into a finished article.
Anyone interested in publishing with PaperCLIP should submit their idea, draft, or finished work electronically to the attention of the Editor-in-Chief at paperclip@tjsl.edu.
